  • "This dealership is 2nd to NONE! Found me the bike I was looking for at the right price, with a great experience from the sale through finance and out the door. I've added some accessories on my own and the parts people are phenomenal. The service department does my services and I'm having som "extras" done over the winter while storing my baby in their heated storage. Don't get me started on the motor clothes department...the ONLY dealership that Carey's a great selection of clothes (not just T-shirts) for us "not so skinny" guys. Haven't met a person who works here that isn't great, we won't go anywhere else!"

  • "I love the new Road Glide Special. I can't stay off it long enough to sleep though, and I am getting very tired! Thank you to Bill for his knowledge and low pressure. Thank you also to Sam and the Parts personnel. I didn't like the ride of the short windshield that came on the bike. They gave me a demo windshield to try (right out of the box) that had just come in. When the windshield I wanted wasn't in stock and had to be ordered, they said to keep the demo until mine came in. One problem though .... the windshield says DEMO in big orange letters. People see the bike and think the BIKE is a demo! With the Viking Land plate on the back, you may have people coming in and asking for the DEMO Road Glide! ; )"

  • "I have been wanting a new bike for the last few years, but couldn't decide on what I wanted. While riding through Wisconsin we met a couple riding a 2014 Ultra Limited. The bike was exactly what I was looking for. The couple told us they had purchased theirs at Viking Land HD in Sauk Rapids. That afternoon I called Mike at Viking Land and explained my intentions. We were quite happy with our Road King, but I was looking for more comfort on long trips. Mike was honest and straightforward about my trade and said I wouldnt be sorry if I took the trip up to Sauk Rapids. He was right!! We drove up that afternoon and bought a 2014 Ultra Limited. We also purchased the prepaid maintenance plan and extended warranty. Everthing from the sale to the financing went smooth as silk. The people at Viking Land really care about their customers. It was the best customer experience I have ever received from any HD dealer. Let me put it like this, I live 5 minutes from a HD dealer in Lakeville and I drove 90 miles to buy my bike from Viking Land. Thanks Mike, Mark and Ellie for treating us like gold and following through with the promise of a great bike and buying experience."

  • "While on a bike ride up to Mille Lacs Lake/Hunter's Point Resort, the stator on my 02 Ultra Fire Fighter Special decided to quit working. Upon arrival at the resort, one of our friends, who had purchased a Tri-Glide last winter from Vikingland Harley, called John in service at the Baxter shop for me. Within 10 minutes, Shane was on his way for a 50-mile drive to pick up my bike for repair. The next morning, John called me to let me know what was needed to complete the repair and a couple of hours later he called again to let me know the bike was ready! The only reason I gave 4 stars for parts was that John could have sold me a voltage regulator but did not have one in stock. Besides repairing the bike, my wife and I needed new helmets, and guess what...Vikingland had "just the right ones"! Overall, our experience with Vikingland Harley was very, very good!!"

  • "Decided to stop by Viking Land Harley Davidson in Sauk Rapids while we were in the area to see what colors of Ultra Limited's they had on the floor. Bill approached us and completely went thru all of the new changes for the 2014's. He asked that my wife and I talk about the colors and then asked if he could take the bike outside so we could see it in the sunlight. Knowing that I just looking, and not decided on if I was going with a Harley, did not steer Bill away from us, like it has at other Harley Davidson dealers. His commitment to making sure we chose the right model, and to make sure we were satisfied, is what it took to give Viking Land our business! The next step was finance. Mark was most accommodating when he explained all our options and weighed in on the pros and cons of the offers that were made to us. He then brought us around and introduced us to all the people at the dealership. Over my years, I can honestly say this is the MOST satisfying purchase I have made!   • "A 21 gun salute to Phil, sales dept., and the service dept. at Baxter. I purchased a 2000 RK with Cruz control. They stored the bike at no charge until I picked it up in the spring. Got it home to find out it didn't have Cruz. I rode it back to the "shop", they keep it till parts came, gave me a ride back to Park Rapids, and delivered the bike when it was done. All service, parts, and transportation honored under our original purchase agreement. No cost to me. Thank you!"
